ORDER ACCEPTANCE
All orders are placed by the buyer by whatever means shall be deemed to
Constitute an offer by the buyer to enter into a contract on these conditions.
The acceptance of this offer shall be by our fulfilling the order.
PAYMENTS
Payment for the goods, delivery and any taxes will be in Pounds Sterling.
Payment must be made in full by paypal,credit/debit card at the time the
order is placed. Full payment must be cleared before the item will be sent.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
An order confirmation will be sent to you by email, please read
it carefully to ensure all the details are correct.
CANCELLING OR RETURNING YOUR ORDER
Cancellation of order - Due to change of mind
If the item(s) have not been dispatched we will cancel the order and full payment will be refunded.
If the item(s) has been dispatched and we are unable to prevent the delivery you should refuse to
sign for them and they will be returned to us and all the costs of your order refunded.
Up to 14 days following the day of delivery
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and distance selling regulations you have 14 days to cancel
your order starting from the day of delivery. You must cancel your order by email or telephone. We
will refund the cost of returning the item(s) but you must take good care of the item(s) whilst they
are in your possession. If you do not exercise reasonable care and the item(s) are damaged whilst in
your possession or in transit we will not be able to accept them back. Your rights under consumer
legislation for these goods are not affected.
14 to 28 days after delivery
If you cancel between 14-28 days you will be charged the cost of the initial delivery and you will be
responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Please return the item(s) in
its original and undamaged packaging with all of its components. If the item(s)
are returned undamaged in its original and undamaged packaging, we will refund the
cost of the item(s). Your rights under consumer legislation for these goods are not
affected. Your delivery advice note will contain specific instructions on how to return
your product. If you are posting an item back to us we recommend that you obtain a proof
of posting certificate which is provided free of charge by the Post Office.
Return of damaged or faulty items
When your item(s) are delivered please check that the order is complete and
not damaged. In the event that your order is visibly damaged, do not accept the
order and enter on the delivery note “Damaged”. If you have accepted the item(s)
and subsequently discover that they are faulty or parts are missing, you are entitled
to a refund or replacement. Where a replacement is not possible e.g. because the product/parts no
longer exist then a refund will be offered. You have 28 working days from the date of receipt to
return your item(s) to us for a full refund including where appropriate a refund of your delivery
charge. In this case do not use the item(s) and inform us as soon as possible following the date of
receipt describing the problem in as much detail as possible.
Please retain all original packaging. Please note that for courier companies to accept liability
for damage caused in transit we must inform them of any damage within 24 hours of delivery.
Therefore, you should inform us as soon as possible following delivery of the Goods. Any
claims made after this time but within 5 days will be subject to our discretion and thereafter
any such claims may be considered unreasonable.
REFUND POLICY
If you are entitled to a refund, on damaged, faulty or mis-described grounds we will refund you as follows:
a) If you return all items of your order at the same time on damaged, faulty or mis-described grounds
we will refund the cost of your order and the delivery charge.
b) Delivery charges will not be refunded if you return only part of the order (e.g. you have ordered
two items but only return one).
DELIVERY
Delivery times will vary according to stock availability and time of year,
however, normal delivery should be within 5 days. We will do our very best to
adhere to our approximation, but it does not form part of the contract of sale.
VAT
All prices shown on this site INCLUDE VAT unless they are classed as VAT exempt.
GENERAL
We reserve the right to alter the specifications at any time, without prior notice.
All items shown are available at this time, you will be notified if this position
changes. The Laws of England apply.

We will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the contents of this

longer than we need to process your order. If you are concerned about our
use of your details in this way, please do not send your details to us using
the basket. As an alternative, please contact us by phone.
We will not collect any personal information about you (such as your address,
telephone number or e-mail address) unless you provide it to us voluntarily. Should you not wish us to collect such data on you,
please do not submit it. If you have submitted data and would like it removed form our records, please contact us.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
